Shift

 

The Shift office environment is drastically DIVERGENT in comparison to the typical workplace. The expected earthy color palette was replaced with an IMPACTFUL spectrum of yellow, blue, purple, and green. In addition, the space created encourages collaboration through an open floorplan and recharge spaces whivh interrupt the normal path. This was designed to encourage REGENERATIVE breaks, increasing employee wellbeing.
